yet another "WE ARE FINISHED" update :-D

Hi everyone

Well after the last update in February, when we stated we were just about to start doing test runs, we ran into another problem with needing a vent pipe installed to the main still before we could start to do test runs.

Unfortunately this involved both plumbers (for the pipework) and roofers (to make a roof vent for us) which delayed us by quite a while as both are hens teeth and roofers (in the winter months) are extremely busy.

Needless to say this has now been done and, apart from some ancillery pipework and fluid handling systems) we are ready to go. For the moment though everything can be done manually so the testing phase can begin in ernest ... at last we all cry (no more than us...its only been 5 years in the making).

Hopefully more updates soon but testing on the Lauter tun and the main still hopefully this week (distilling water) as the Mash still has already been tested.
